It's an experience space, customers spend around 20 minutes in guided demos, sitting, reclining and feeling the chair move with them, and every purchase is delivered from our warehouse straight to their door. So your floor is 100% about experience and conversion, not stockkeeping. It's also an always-on content set, with regular livestreams and in-store events built into how the store runs.
