You’ll own the camera + edit, drive concepts, and produce social-first video that earns attention - not just “content.”\nLearn more about Aonic in our company presentation.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a social-first videographer/editor who can consistently create high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.\nYou know what makes people stop scrolling. You’re obsessed with hooks, pacing, retention curves, and repeatable formats. You can shoot clean footage and you can edit with taste, speed, and ruthless storytelling instincts.\nFormats you’ll create:\nScience-forward deep-dives that entertain\nProduct storytelling + punchy demos\nBehind-the-scenes content with our co-founders and scientific advisors\nStreet-style interviews & man-on-the-street\nChallenges, trends, and reactive formats\nUGC-style in-house content + creator collabs\nEvent recaps and cultural moments\nWhat Success Looks Like (Real Output)\nWithin the first 14-30 days, you’ll:\nBuild a repeatable content engine that ships multiple videos per week\nEstablish Aonic’s “signature” formats (hooks, cadence, visual language)\nImprove key metrics: 3-second hold, average watch time, completion rate, saves/shares\nCreate a steady pipeline of organic winners we can repurpose into paid\nWhat You’ll Do\n Concept -> scripts → shoot → edit social-first videos end-to-end (organic content and paid ads)\nCreate high-performing content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts (and adapt per platform)\nCapture studio + lifestyle footage (product, people, moments) with strong fundamentals: lighting, audio, composition\nEdit with sharp instincts: hook & script writing, pacing, captions, sound design, and storytelling\nPartner with Social/Brand to turn strategy into content experiments (rapid iteration, fast feedback loops)\nOrganize and maintain a clean asset library (so we can reuse footage constantly)\nSupport photo & video capture when needed (product, lifestyle, events)\nNice-to-have: motion graphics, VFX, design polish (After Effects, text animation, meme-native overlays)\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust have3+ years of experience in social-first video content creation \nMust have created posts repeatedly with millions of views (in total 10M organic views or more)\nMust have experience in CPG, wellness, fitness, or creator brands\nMust have mind blowing content portfolio\nStrong editing ability & deep understanding of modern social formats: hooks, trends, pacing, storytelling shortcuts that work\nConfident shooter: DSLR/mirrorless workflows, lighting setups, clean audio\nComfortable being scrappy + resourceful: you can create great work without “perfect conditions”\nOrganized, fast, and reliable - you hit deadlines and you iterate without ego\nWeekend note: Some shoots/events may happen on weekends (planned in advance).
