与微服务模块；负责后端业务逻辑编码、单元测试编写，保障接口稳定性与响应效率，支撑前端及第三方系统调用。\n\n2.核心业务模块攻坚：深度参与支付交易（订单创建后端逻辑、支付回调处理、退款流程设计与落地）、灵活用工（人员信息管理后端存储、薪资结算规则实现）、财务税务（账单数据统计、税务申报后端数据处理）等核心业务的需求分析、技术方案设计与开发落地。\n\n3.数据库与中间件优化：负责 MySQL 数据库表结构设计、索引优化、SQL 调优，解决高并发场景下的数据查询瓶颈；设计 Redis 缓存策略（如热点数据缓存、分布式锁实现），保障数据一致性与系统性能；配合团队完成数据库分库分表、中间件集群化部署等架构升级。\n\n4.技术协作与沉淀：参与后端技术方案评审，输出清晰的接口文档与开发规范；指导初级后端开发工程师，沉淀 Golang 开发实践（如并发编程技巧、微服务治理经验）。\n\n任职要求\n\n1. 基础要求\n\n本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业，3-5 年 Web 后端开发经验，且具备 1年以上 Golang 项目开发经验。\n\n具备良好的编码习惯，熟悉 Git 版本控制工具，能熟练使用 Git Flow 工作流进行团队协作，理解代码评审（Code Review）的核心价值。\n\n2. 核心技术能力要求（必备）\n\nGolang 技术：精通 Golang 语言特性（如并发模型、内存管理、接口设计），熟练使用 Gin/fiber 等主流框架；具备微服务架构设计与开发经验（如服务注册发现、负载均衡、熔断降级）；深刻理解 RESTful API 设计规范，能独立完成高可用接口开发与性能优化。\n\n数据库能力：精通 MySQL 数据库，熟练掌握事务处理、索引优化、SQL 调优技巧；能设计高可用数据库架构（如主从复制、读写分离），解决大数据量场景下的存储与查询问题；熟悉 Redis 中间件，能运用其实现缓存、分布式锁、计数器等常见场景。\n\n运维与工具：熟练掌握 Linux 系统常用操作（如进程管理、日志分析、Shell 脚本编写）；了解 Nginx 反向代理、负载均衡配置；能独立完成后端服务部署、日志排查与基础故障定位。\n\n3. 加分项（非必备，具备者优先）\n\n具备 Vue 2/Vue 3 前端框架基础，能理解前端需求并高效配合联调，或能独立编写简单前端页面辅助后端测试。\n\n有支付交易领域后端开发经验，熟悉微信支付、支付宝等第三方支付接口对接流程，理解支付安全与对账逻辑。\n\n参与过灵活用工平台或人力资源管理系统后端开发，了解薪资结算规则、个税计算逻辑等业务细节。\n\n具备财务税务相关系统（如财务对账、税务申报）后端开发经验，熟悉财务数据统计与报表生成的后端逻辑。\n\n4.
