You'll help operate, support and improve our Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities under approved standards and processes, supporting secure and compliant access to systems, applications and data.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAdminister and support PAM and IGA platforms across the business \nSupport, maintain and contribute to improvements for Delinea PAM, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Identity Governance services and infrastructure \nTroubleshoot and resolve IGA-related identity lifecycle, access request and revalidation, and authentication and authorisation issues across supported IAM services, customisations and integrations \nManage and support access governance, compliance, and privileged access processes and activities \nAutomate processes and improve operational efficiency using scripting tool where feasible \nParticipate in incident response, on-prem platform maintenance, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives \nWhat you'll bring\nTertiary qualifications in IT, Cyber Security or a related field \nProven experience in IAM engineering, administration or service delivery \nHands-on experience with IAM, PAM or IGA technologies in enterprise environments \nHands-on experience with supporting on-prem application stack \nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and identity infrastructure \nScripting and automation skills using PowerShell and/or Python \nExperience with Delinea (preferred), CyberArk or similar PAM solutions \nExposure to Microsoft Identity Governance, SailPoint, Okta or equivalent platforms is highly regarded \nExcellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with application owners, technology teams and end users \nWorking at APA\nAt APA, we’re committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.\nWe offer targeted career development programs designed to accelerate your career, competitive remuneration, employee benefits, flexible working arrangements, and wellbeing initiatives are all part of what we’ll offer you.
