We’re doing it with our customers and communities as Australia’s energy infrastructure partner, a role our unique experience and expertise positions us to play.\nCoordinate the delivery of APA's security program, supporting compliance, resilience and security capability improvements across the business.\nAt APA, we're seeking an experienced Program Manager - Security to lead the coordination and delivery of APA's security uplift program, supporting implementation of security, resilience and risk improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.\nThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, governance and delivery, partnering with senior leaders and diverse teams across the business to coordinate implementation activities that strengthen organisational capability, improve resilience, and support ongoing compliance obligations.\nThe Opportunity\nAs Program Manager, you will lead the coordination, governance and reporting of APA's security uplift program. Working across multiple business functions, you will support the delivery of initiatives owned by Protective Security, Cyber Security, Enterprise Resilience, People & Culture and other stakeholder groups to strengthen compliance and organisational capability.\nYou will provide oversight of program activities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support executive decision-making through effective governance, reporting and risk management.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the coordination and governance of APA's security uplift program, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, risk objectives and regulatory requirements. \nCoordinate program activities across protective security, cyber security, workforce, resilience and third-party assurance initiatives. \nDevelop and manage an integrated program roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks and key deliverables. \nFacilitate alignment across business functions on implementation priorities, resource requirements, dependencies and delivery outcomes. \nEstablish governance, assurance and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of program performance and readiness. \nCoordinate enterprise-wide assessment and uplift activities to identify capability gaps, implementation requirements and improvement opportunities. \nPrepare executive papers, governance updates, business cases and investment recommendations. \nManage program risks, issues, decisions and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation of material matters. \nEngage with internal stakeholders, delivery partners, suppliers and third-party operators to support successful program outcomes. \nProvide program insights, reporting and decision-support materials to senior leaders and governance forums. \nMonitor progress across multiple workstreams and ensure delivery milestones, interdependencies and implementation activities remain aligned to the overall program roadmap. \nTrack regulatory uplift obligations, implementation activities and evidence requirements to support compliance reporting and assurance activities. \nAbout You\nYou are a collaborative and strategic program leader with experience navigating complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
