Working within one of APA's most significant business and technology transformation programs, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved, dependencies are managed and teams remain focused on execution.\nThis role is ideal for a delivery-focused project professional who thrives in complex environments, can quickly establish credibility and enjoys bringing together business, technology and vendor teams to achieve outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead delivery across multiple GSP value streams, ensuring milestones, dependencies and deliverables are achieved on time and to the required quality standards.\nDrive delivery from requirements clarification through design, build and system testing, maintaining visibility of risks, issues and critical path activities.\nTaking a strongly people centric approach, coordinate cross-functional resources, balancing priorities, capacity and competing demands to maintain delivery momentum.\nPartner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external delivery partners to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.\nProactively identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and blockers, providing clear recommendations and recovery actions where required.\nMaintain governance artefacts, delivery plans and status reporting, ensuring scope changes and impacts are understood, documented and effectively managed.\nYour Background\nProven experience delivering complex technology, digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects within large organisations.\nDemonstrated success managing multiple workstreams or project streams concurrently within a broader program environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technology, delivery partners and vendors.\nExperience managing requirements, dependencies, delivery risks, testing activities and implementation readiness.\nA structured, organised and pragmatic approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.\nExperience within energy, utilities, infrastructure or other highly regulated industries will be highly regarded.\nThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transformation program that will shape how APA's gas infrastructure supports customers and operations into the future.
