Join our expanding team in Amsterdam and contribute to impactful work across Apadmi Netherlands and the wider Group.\nWhat You’ll Be Working On\nAs a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex digital products from initial discovery through development, launch, and ongoing iteration. You will lead multidisciplinary teams - working alongside specialists in Product, Design, Engineering, and Architecture - to turn business requirements into high-performing digital experiences. This is a hands-on senior role offering the opportunity to mentor other Delivery Managers, influence commercial outcomes, and drive meaningful growth within a fast-expanding digital agency.\nWork directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nManage delivery backlogs and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish clear project plans, delivery commitments, milestones, and governance frameworks.\nProactively manage risks, dependencies, and resources while making informed technical delivery decisions in partnership with Engineering and Architecture teams.\nCoordinate testing, release readiness, and successful product launches.\nOwn project budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance, including Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and change control.\nBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as their primary delivery partner and challenging requirements constructively to maximise value.\nLead, support, and foster effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.\nMentor and guide other Delivery Managers to help build and elevate Apadmi's overall delivery capability.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvements to delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\nYou are an experienced delivery leader who thrives in agency or consultancy environments, blending strong technical and Agile understanding with commercial acumen and client relationship management.
