Your core responsibilities: \nBuild, mentor, and retain a healthy, high-performing engineering team. \nOwn predictable, high-quality delivery while maintaining a sustainable pace. \nCollaborate with Product, Design, Tech Leads, and Staff+ engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy. \nEnsure strong engineering standards, operational readiness, and a blameless incident culture. \nDevelop and consequently refining an AI-driven development pipeline. \nImprove engineering KPIs (DORA). \nCommunicate clearly across teams and leadership, shaping culture and aligning priorities. \nLead hiring, onboarding, team composition, and long-term talent development, while still being hands-on.\nWhat You’ll Bring \nExperienced software engineer, including several years in engineering leadership. \nStrong technical foundation; backend experience (C#/.NET) and cloud knowledge (AWS or other comparable providers like Azure) are necessary. \nExperience with distributed systems, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Docker).
