cloud-based platforms.\nExperience with workflow automation and business-rule configuration.\nExperience with REST APIs, webhooks or similar integration methods.\nHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience integrating Jira Service Management with GitLab or DevOps toolchains.\nExperience
