Responsibilities\nSupport enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, data centre, cloud-connected, and SD-WAN environments.\n\nConfigure and deploy network equipment based on approved designs and years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and operations.\n\nGood knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.\n\nFamiliarity with VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, port channels, Spanning Tree, EIGRP, and basic BGP.\n\nExperience supporting campus networks, WAN, data centres, or wireless environments.\n\nKnowledge of network monitoring, incident management, and change management.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.\n\nCCNA certification or equivalent knowledge and experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Aruba wireless, Aruba EdgeConnect/Silver Peak SD-WAN, or Aruba ClearPass.\n\nExposure to AWS networking, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and hybrid cloud connectivity.\n\nFamiliarity with F5 load balancing and network segmentation.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, configuration analysis, automation, or documentation.\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, research, or other business-critical environments.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or
