Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for RF, mixed-signal, and digital products from development through production release.
Work with test engineering and production support teams on debugging, reliability qualification, and yield improvement.
Communicate product status and technical findings to management.
Coordinate with customers on product testing and production release requirements.
Work with foundries and test subcontractors to resolve production issues.
Prepare status reports, test limits, correlation analysis, and yield summary reports.
Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and retest rate improvement during production ramp-up.
Analyse production data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in product engineering or test engineering.
Understanding of digital, mixed-signal, and RF semiconductor testing.
Good data analysis, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with foundry processes.
Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower, or OptimalPlus.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Java, or VBA.
Experience with reporting automation and data mining.
