RF semiconductor testing.\n\nGood data analysis, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with foundry processes.\n\nHands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE.\n\nFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, CEDA, DataPower, or OptimalPlus.\n\nKnowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Java, or VBA.\n\nExperience with reporting
