processes, including accruals, provisions, account reconciliations, and local/group reporting.\nPrepare clear cash flow statements to ensure continuous cash visibility and control.\nActively participate in the annual budgeting process by updating cost information across different product lines and coordinating with the Regional Finance department and auditors.\nMonitor operational cost structures, including fermentation and transportation costs.\nBusiness Support & Sourcing Follow-up\nOversee financial data for sourcing operations, ensuring the completeness of prefinancing, reception, stock, sales, and delivery data.\nPrepare scenarios and financial models to support local business decisions.\nEngage actively with local cooperatives to exchange information, collect outstanding invoices, and manage premium distributions.\nServe as the primary point of contact for local banks, service providers, and suppliers to share pricing and ensure smooth operations.\nSystem Integrity & Compliance\nMaintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the internal accounting system.\nEnsure full compliance with local statutory regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in a finance, accounting, or controlling role, preferably within the cocoa, agribusiness, or manufacturing sector.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and local/international practices (IFRS knowledge is a strong plus).\nHands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo ERP experience is highly preferred).\nProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation for strategic thinking.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with local partners and international teams.\nHigh ethical standards and a genuine commitment to sustainability and fair business practices.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and
