Security Implementation & Engineering\nImplement security architecture and controls as designed by Security Leads/Architects\nSupport system, application, and infrastructure security configurations\nAssist in threat modelling and risk assessment activities\nTranslate security requirements into technical implementation across platforms\n2. Compliance Support\nSupport compliance with:\nIM8 / Government security policies\nWhole‑of‑Government (WOG) security requirements\nPDPA (where applicable)\nAssist in preparation and documentation for:\nSecurity Risk Assessments (SRA)\nVulnerability Assessments (VA)\nPenetration Testing (PT)\nMaintain security documentation and evidence for audits\n3. DevSecOps & Secure Development\nImplement and maintain security tools in CI/CD pipelines:\nSAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning\nMonitor and triage findings, and work with developers on remediation\nSupport secure coding practices and DevSecOps adoption\nAssist in API security, secrets management, and secure communications setup\n4. Security Testing Support\nSupport coordination and execution of VA/PT activities\nTrack vulnerabilities and ensure timely remediation\nAssist in documenting findings and closure evidence\nSupport system security certification and go-live requirements\n5. System & Platform Hardening\nImplement and maintain security hardening for:\nOperating systems\nMiddleware and databases\nKubernetes and containers (RBAC, secrets, network policies)\nSupport configuration of:\nAPI Gateways\nWAF\nAuthentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, mTLS)\n\nDay 2 – Operations / Production Security\n\n1. Incident Response\nSupport investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents\nPerform log analysis and assist in root cause analysis (RCA)\nWork with SOC and internal teams during incidents\nFollow and improve incident response playbooks\n2. Vulnerability & Patch Management\nPerform regular vulnerability scans and monitoring\nTrack and verify patching and remediation activities\nEscalate high-risk vulnerabilities and propose mitigation controls\n3. Security Monitoring\nMonitor alerts from SIEM and security tools\nAssist in tuning detection rules and dashboards\nEnsure logging and monitoring coverage across systems\n4. Audit & Compliance Support\nSupport audit preparation, evidence collection, and remediation tracking\nMaintain security records and documentation\nAssist in reporting security posture and issues\n5. Access Control Administration\nSupport implementation of:\nRBAC\nMFA\nPrivileged Access Management (PAM)\nPerform user access reviews and ensure least privilege.\n\nCandidates who are interested can apply above.
