You will play a key strategic role in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions that drive operational excellence across our organization.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign and develop comprehensive full-stack applications, from front-end user interfaces to back-end server architecture\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions\n\nArchitect scalable, maintainable code and establish best practices for development standards across projects\n\nConduct code reviews and provide mentoring to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence\n\nIntegrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality and performance\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience\n\nParticipate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives\n\nDocument technical specifications and maintain comprehensive system documentation\n\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes\n\nWhat we're looking for\nProficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js\n\nStrong expertise in back-end development using languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET\n\nDemonstrated experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)\n\nSolid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture\n\nExperience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines\n\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerisation technologies such as Docker\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\n\nFamiliarity with engineering or construction industry software applications is advantageous\n\nAbout us\n\nAPBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is a dynamic human resources and recruitment organization serving the engineering and technology sectors.
