incidents as required.\n\nKey Requirements\nExperience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, or data centre operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, failover clustering, system hardening, patching, and upgrades.\n\nExperience with cloud and virtualization technologies, including virtual machine deployment, storage management, networking, and security configurations.\n\nKnowledge of database administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and upgrades.\n\nExperience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, firewall and load balancing technologies, and SSL certificate management.\n\nFamiliarity with data centre infrastructure, hardware, and virtualized environments.\n\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, automation tools (e.g., Ansible), and containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience producing technical documentation and infrastructure design recommendations.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to Azure Stack Hub or other cloud infrastructure platforms.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nRelevant industry certifications in cloud, systems administration, virtualization, networking, or
