Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, configure, and maintain ICT infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and enterprise systems. Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and system architecture diagrams. Evaluate business and technical requirements and recommend scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions. Participate in on-call support arrangements for critical system incidents as required.
