If the answer to those questions is yes, we have a place for you here at AP Corp!\nJunior Estimator Functions\nMeet with on site contacts and gather information for sales team\n\nTaking and recording precise in field measurements for projects\n\nReviews architectural plans/documents and understands scope of work to bid.\n\nGathers information and fearlessly asks questions of client, representatives, vendors, colleagues, and management when information is unclear.\n\nEnsures all correct information is gathered (Construction Schedule, Timeline for Bid Selection, Timeline for Installation, Material, Decision Makers, ect.).\n\nBuilds long-lasting relationships with trade partners, general contractors, architects, vendors, and representatives.\n\nIdentifies and determines ALL scopes of work, as applicable to company offerings and services from take-offs\n\nGathers product data information, samples, and correct data required for submittals.\n\nInputs information into spread sheets, estimating/invoicing software, and prepares written proposals.\n\nRelays and Informs managers of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or project.\n\nDevelops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.\n\nAttends pre-bid and sales meetings as required\n\nRequests Bid Tab upon selection of Won/Lost projects.\n\nClick Here to see what we do:\nWe offer a full benefits package, as well as competitive pay.
