Position Summary: 

Weare currently seeking a dynamic Network Engineers to join our Singapore team. This role provides hands-on support in the deployment and maintenance of optical network systems. The individual will assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of key network components, support site surveys, contribute to troubleshooting efforts under the guidance of senior engineers, and ensure accurate documentation of network activities. Continuous learning through training and self-study is encouraged to build technical proficiency in optical networking technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in installing, configuring, commissioning and testing optical network equipment, including switches, multiplexers, amplifiers, and transceivers.
• Support in conducting site surveys to assess optical network requirements, evaluate existing infrastructure, and identify potential challenges.
• Assist in troubleshooting optical network issues, under the guidance of senior engineers, to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of all installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, including network diagrams, test reports, and equipment inventories.
• Participate in training programs and self-study to enhance knowledge and skills in optical networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications& Skills Required: 

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Strong interest in learning and developing skills in networking technologies.  Training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
