This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered agents and business automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, while leveraging established enterprise application development technologies.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in C#/.NET development, experience building and integrating enterprise applications and APIs, and familiarity with AI-powered solutions, cloud services, and application monitoring. Experience with Splunk for logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting is highly desirable. This is a hands-on engineering role suited for a developer who can combine traditional software engineering expertise with emerging AI technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n4+ years of professional software development experience using C# and the .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 6+.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building, configuring, testing, or deploying AI agents.\nExperience integrating Copilot Studio agents with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, or business workflows.\nUnderstanding of conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), and the design of AI-powered business solutions.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code.\nExperience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.\nProficiency in C#, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud application development.\nExperience with application logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Splunk.\nExperience with SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, query development, and performance optimization.\nUnderstanding of secure software development practices, API security, authentication, and authorization.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.\nExcellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills, Experience, and Education\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Dataverse and enterprise data integration.\nExperience integrating AI agents with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other enterprise systems.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM-based application integrations.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nKnowledge of API management solutions, such as Azure API Management or Apigee.\nExperience with application performance monitoring, observability, and production support using Splunk and/or Dynatrace.\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience in fintech, banking, payments, compliance, or other regulated industries.\nExperience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted software development tools.\nFunctional Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, test, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business processes and enterprise productivity.\nBuild and maintain applications and backend services using C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core.\nIntegrate Copilot Studio agents with RESTful APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and approved business data sources.\nDevelop conversational experiences and agent workflows that address business requirements and improve operational efficiency.\nImplement workflow automation and business process integrations using Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate, where appropriate.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts and U.S.-based stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.\nDesign and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs and application components.\nDevelop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and related data integrations.\nLeverage Microsoft Azure services to build, deploy, integrate, and support cloud-based applications and AI solutions.\nImplement application logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Splunk to support system reliability, performance, and production operations.\nApply secure development practices to AI agents and application integrations, including access controls, data protection, and appropriate handling of sensitive information.\nTest and troubleshoot AI agent behavior, API integrations, application functionality, and end-to-end workflows.\nParticipate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution planning.\nSupport CI/CD processes and automated testing to improve software quality and deployment efficiency.\nInvestigate and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.\nDocument technical designs, integration patterns,
