A career at Aperia promises a great challenge, culture, and opportunities to forge your own path.\nJob Description\nThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and managing enterprise projects for a key client is the payments space. \nResponsibilities\nOrganize and facilitate project planning, host and attend daily stand-up meetings, participate in sprint reviews, lead and play an active role in lessons-learned and retrospectives, active participation and evaluation of sprint and release planning towards delivery of a cohesive project schedule, participate in demos and other Scrum-related meetings\nConduct routine planning sessions with the Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manger, and Product Owner for alignment on project plan and roadmap\nEvaluate sprint/release progress as relative to the project plan\nEnsure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility\nLeads Projects assigned with ability to properly initiate, plan, execute, control and close work to meet outlined success criteria.\nProduces Project Plans, Estimates, and Deliverables consistent with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.\nMonitor and report on Project Status, Project Milestones and Issues\nPrepare estimates of Effort (EOE) and evaluate Estimates to Complete (ETC)\nInterfaces with internal Business Analysts, Technical Personnel, and Management to assess and determine resource requirements and resolve conflicts\nDefines standards for Project Management documentation, measurements, and reporting\nSupports project team with project deliverables as necessary\nInterfaces with Aperia Solutions clients as necessary regarding project status and issues\nQualifications\n5+ years’ experience in project management in an Agile environment\nExperience in delivery of technical software solutions using SDLC methodologies that support Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile models\nFamiliarity with Project Management concepts, deliverables, and techniques\nDemonstrated experience in producing project tracking documentation\nExperience in conflict resolution\nProcess orientation with emphasis on measurement and feedback\nAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment\nExceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task\nDemonstrated leadership in motivating teams to high performance\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical level\nStrong work ethic, commitment and teamwork\nAbility to work independently with little supervision\nAble to work flexible hours, especially during critical project schedules\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus\nBA or BS Degree preferred\nEligibility Requirements\nMust be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.\nJob Type\nFull-time\nSchedule\nMonday to Friday\nWork Location \nRemote based out of:\nOmaha, NE\nAlpharetta, GA\nDallas, TX\nCoral Springs, FL\nBenefits\nHealth insurance \nHealth savings account\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\n401(k) matching\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nParental leave\nDisability insurance\nChildcare assistance\nEducation reimbursement\nFitness membership\nVolunteer time off\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
