In this role, you will work alongside engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to develop innovative applications, analytics, and automated workflows that transform complex data into actionable intelligence.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets, build data-driven solutions, and contribute directly to technologies that enhance mission understanding, operational awareness, and decision-making.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and maintain software applications that support geospatial and intelligence-driven missions\nDesign and implement analytics that integrate data from multiple cyber, SIGINT, and enterprise sources\nCreate automated workflows that improve data processing, enrichment, and metadata analysis\nCollaborate with mission stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions\nSupport data integration efforts across multiple repositories and collection platforms\nDevelop tools that enable discovery, correlation, and analysis of complex datasets\nContribute to the deployment, enhancement, and sustainment of mission-support applications\nLeverage structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, relationships, and operational insights\nMission Focus\nWork across diverse datasets and intelligence sources to build analytics that support geolocation, cyber operations, and data-driven mission outcomes. You will help transform raw data into meaningful intelligence by applying software development, data engineering, and analytic tradecraft.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience developing software using Java and Python\nUnderstanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices\nExperience working with large-scale data processing technologies, including:\nPySpark\nHadoop\nMapReduce\nETL frameworks\nPig\nExperience working with data formats such as JSON and BSON\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-focused environment\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with customer corporate tools, repositories, and mission data environments\nFamiliarity with geospatial data, metadata tagging, or intelligence data workflows\nKnowledge of distributed data processing and large-scale analytics architectures\nExperience supporting intelligence, cyber, or national security missions\nSecurity Requirements\n**Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required**\nThe salary range for this role represents Aperio’s good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
