handling large data sets\n\nAbility to analyze, clean, and validate data with high accuracy\n\nFamiliarity with real estate data sources such as PropStream, Batch Leads, or similar\n\nUnderstanding of skip tracing workflows\n\nExperience uploading data into marketing / dialing systems\n\n(ReadyMode, Launch Control, or similar platforms)\n\nAbility to follow SOPs and maintain consistent data
