They ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships and safeguarding the company's financial health. Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment\nPractice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner\nAccounts Payable Day-to-Day Duties\nProcess and review invoices to be completed for payment\nMaintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files\nPrepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description etc.\nInput daily bookkeeping and record keeping.
