This role will be responsible for driving automation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across open-ended and closed-ended fund operations. A key focus will also include client onboarding automation and enabling AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Fund Operations Automation\nDesign, develop, and implement automation solutions across the lifecycle of open-ended and closed-ended funds\nStreamline fund accounting, reporting, and compliance processes through automation\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and drive process optimization initiatives\n2. Client Onboarding Automation\nLead end-to-end automation initiatives for client onboarding processes\nIntegrate KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements into automated workflows\nCollaborate with stakeholders to improve onboarding efficiency and reduce turnaround time\n3. AI & Digital Transformation Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI/ML solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business insights\nPartner with technology teams to implement intelligent automation solutions (RPA + AI)\nPromote and drive adoption of AI tools across business units\nSupport development and implementation of AI/ML models and algorithms\nAssist in data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering activities\nConduct research on emerging AI technologies and industry trends\nDevelop prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions for new AI use cases\nPerform testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and performance\nMaintain proper documentation of models, experiments, and technical processes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions\n4. Stakeholder & Project Management\nWork closely with Operations, IT, Compliance, and Product teams\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions\nManage multiple automation initiatives and ensure timely delivery\n5. Governance & Risk Management\nEnsure all automation solutions comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies\nMonitor and maintain automation frameworks for stability, accuracy, and performance\nCollaborate with global stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business priorities\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong understanding of fund operations (open-ended and closed-ended funds)\nHands-on experience with automation tools (RPA, workflow platforms, etc.)\nExposure to AI/ML or data-driven solutions\nKnowledge of client onboarding processes including KYC/AML\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills\nAbility to work effectively across business and technology teams\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with AI platforms, NLP, or intelligent automation tools\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL, VBA, MS Access, and Excel\nHands-on experience with ETL tools and data mapping\nFamiliarity with fund accounting systems\nBasic programming knowledge (Python/SQL) and data analytics concepts\nExperience in digital transformation initiatives\nFoundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality\nCuriosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies\nExperience Requirement\nRecommended\nExperience Range:6-10 years: Strong individual contributor Ability to lead initiatives, influence strategy, and drive AI adoption across teams, with hands-on experience in fund operations and automation.\nQualification: B.
