And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.\nFor our business, for clients, and for you\nJob Description\nPOSITION: Strategic Client Onboarding Specialist\nDEPARTMENT: Client Onboarding\nLOCATION: India\nMain Responsibilities:\nCreating, organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to client onboarding processes, procedures and policies\nAssist with creation of process charts and email templates for Client Onboarding\nCreate and maintain the content Library for RFP responses for client Onboarding and KYC\nReview and customize RFP responses from the proposal content library\n Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including onboarding managers, business development, Legal, integration teams to articulate complex facets of products and services.\nEnsure all aspects of the RFPs are completed on time and meet the necessary requirements.\nProvide regular updates to Senior management on the progress\nSupport the broader onboarding team as required.\nReport to the Regional Head of Client Onboarding.\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\nGraduate / Masters - Commerce /CA/MBA - Finance/CFA\nGood knowledge of financial/fund services sector with 6-9 years in Client Onboarding\nHighly motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work semi-supervised supporting a fast-paced dynamic business.\nPossess team spirit and enthusiasm with the capacity to build strong relationships.\nProject management skills.\nExcellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.\n Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage.\nRole-Specific Competencies/Skills:\nStrong communication and analytical skills\nAccurate and acute attention to detail\nUses discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information\nExcellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to audience\nProven ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines accordingly\nSelf-motivated\n Punctuality\nDisclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
