This function involves providing client support, ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services, addressing any issues that may arise, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including:\nProduction Oversight\nMonitoring and directly resolving production issues.\nCuration of Asset Master data warehouse.\nCollaborate with counterparties such data vendors and administrators.\nContinuous improvement of documentation related to production processes and procedures.\nClient liaison\nEngage regularly with clients for onboarding, data requests and report generation.\nSupport clients and partners resolve technical or process-related queries.\nSkills Required:\nGood understanding of Fund Compliance, Regulatory Reporting or Investment Risk.\nBasic understanding of various asset classes - F&O, Fwds, OTCs, Swaps, Structured products.\nDesirable experience with Bloomberg and/or other market data platforms.\nDesirable previous exposure to Client Service roles.\nStrong Written and verbal communication skills.\nDedication to work as team and deliver timely results.\nCandidates should be flexible to work in shifts if required.\nTeam player.\nA positive and responsible work ethic.\nDisclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
