This is a permanent role based in Luxembourg and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.\nAs a Client Service Manager here are some of your key responsibilities:\nReview and oversight of Net Asset Valuation (NAV) calculation for a variety of Evergreen Semi Liquid fund structures, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with Apex procedures.\n\nUndertaking full responsibility of a client relationship regarding accounting deliverables\n\nCommunicating with clients confidently and knowledgeably, proactively solving issues and responding to inquiries from client onboarding through the life of the Fund\n\nArranging the production of accounting deliverables for a diverse portfolio of the company's clients (ELTIF, RAIF, and UCI Part II funds maintained under LUX GAAP/IFRS)\n\nPreparing and/or assisting the operational teams in the preparation of complex calculations in accordance with the fund documentation\n\nReview and oversight of other processes - invoicing, payments\n\nInvolvement in the production and review of KPIs (internal or external), administration reports, and other similar deliverables.\n\nTo apply for this Client Service Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:\nAt least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Fund Administration, Financial Reporting or a related field, preferably gained within a PFS, an accounting firm or a Big Four environment, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Big Four firm being preferred.\n\nAbility to manage and support other team members\n\nWorking Knowledge of the legal structures in Luxembourg such as ELTIF, UCI Part II funds and regulation such as CSSF Circulars 22/806, 24/856\n\nAbility to multi-task, well organised and meet deadlines in a busy work environment\n\nExcellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills. Good communication skills both internally and externally are a must\n\nWorking knowledge of Paxus and/ Efront is considered an advantage\n\nFluency in English and French is a requirement. Any other language skills can be considered an advantage\n\nExperience with both Open- Ended and Closed Ended structures preferred\n\nAbility to deal with complex waterfalls and performance fee calculations.\n\nACCA/ACA/CFA/CIMA/CAIA/MBA qualification is a plus\n\nPlease note that a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process once a job offer has been made.
