And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.\nFor our business, for clients, and for you\nKey duties and responsibilities\nBuild an excellent awareness of the Apex business requirements and in-depth knowledge of our Azure & AWS Cloud infrastructure, adjacent technologies, and supporting processes\nProvide deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support within the applicable technology platforms\nWork with the Technical Design team, vendors, and project managers to implement solutions as per the agreed HLD and LLD designs and transition them into BAU\nResponsible for the planning and implementation of small to medium projects and assist with migration projects arising from mergers and acquisitions.\nResponsible for ensuring that delivery and support teams are aware for any new service being introduced that may require training and education of the respective teams\nPlanning and engineering of normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for\nCollaborates with service providers and external vendors on root cause analysis for problems related to technology and provide detailed diagnostic information when required.\nSuggest and develop different automation solutions in the environment\nAbility to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive communication for multiple audiences, including effective writing, presentation skills, listening actively\nHighlight and report all major IT issues and risks to IT Manager in a timely manner.\nResearch, test and implement new systems to improve efficiencies and satisfy user requests.\nImplement and test system releases, patches, and disaster recovery.\nProvide technical input into vendors proposal, change requests, and incident management\nSupport the business in the governance and management of vendors covering IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DaaS with technical input.\nPerform on-call duties as needed to support technology services to business.\nExperience and skills\nExcellent written and communication skills in English.\n5+ years’ deep technical experience in designing, building, and deploying private or public cloud solutions.\nSupport and implementation of Azure and/or AWS resources for enterprise environments.\nSupport and build of a hybrid environments and resilient Azure/AWS cloud solutions\nProven skills and excellent understanding of Azure/AWS, Azure AD, Virtual networks, Express Routes, Direct Connect, Load Balancers, ADFS, Windows server OS and all adjacent services like Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, IIS and etc.\nExperience in managing and deploying the Cloud environments via code (IaC) Terraform\nCertification in Azure/AWS or Terraform, Windows Server administration will be considered as a strong advantage.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and good at working under own initiative.\nAbility to take ownership of a technical solution and work with several stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver a design and implementation approach.\nAbility to articulate design topics, using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and any modelling tools utilising ArchiMate.\nAbility to be able to work well under pressure\nDisclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
