The role partners with Product Owners, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to generate actionable insights, measure product success, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.\nJob specification\nProduct Analytics & Insights\nAnalyze product usage, customer behavior, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. \nDevelop KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption, engagement, and business value. \nCreate dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to product and business stakeholders. \nMonitor product performance and proactively recommend enhancements. \nData Analysis & Reporting\nCollect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support product strategy and decision-making. \nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments. \nProduce regular management reporting and ad hoc analysis to support business priorities. \nTranslate complex data findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences. \nProduct & Business Partnership\nCollaborate with Product Owners to define measurement frameworks for new products, features, and releases. \nSupport prioritization decisions through data-driven insights and business case analysis. \nPartner with Finance and Technology teams to evaluate product performance and return on investment. \nContribute to product roadmaps by identifying user needs and improvement opportunities. \nData Governance & Continuous Improvement\nSupport data governance, quality, and reporting standards. \nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting automation and analytical capabilities. \nPromote best practices in data visualization, analytics, and performance measurement. \nAssist in the development of self-service reporting solution\nSkills Required:\nBachelor's degree in data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline. \nRelevant certifications in Analytics, Data Visualization, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL desirable. \n3-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance Analytics, or related fields. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with large datasets. \nExperience supporting digital products, technology platforms, or transformation initiatives. \nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. \nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms. \nWorking knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. \nUnderstanding of Agile product development environments preferred. \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. \nWhat you will get in return:\nA genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;\nCompetitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience;\nAdditional information:\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
