The role serves as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, enabling cross-functional teams to adopt Agile best practices while removing impediments and fostering collaboration across Product, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders.\nJob specification\nAgile Delivery & Team Leadership\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. \nCoach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. \nSupport Product Owners in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs aligned to business objectives. \nFoster high-performing, self-organizing teams focused on delivering customer and business value. '\nDelivery Management\nMonitor sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and team capacity. \nRemove blockers and facilitate resolution of issues impacting delivery timelines. \nDrive predictable and efficient delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives. \nEnsure alignment between product, technology, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. \nStakeholder Engagement\nPartner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and business stakeholders to support successful product delivery. \nProvide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes. \nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams and stakeholders. \nAgile Governance & Continuous Improvement\nTrack and report Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, and team performance. \nIdentify opportunities to improve Agile maturity, team effectiveness, and delivery efficiency. \nPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. \nSupport scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and products where required. \nChange & Transformation Support\nChampion Agile ways of working across the organization. \nSupport digital transformation initiatives through effective delivery management and change adoption. \nContribute to the development of Agile standards, frameworks, and best practices. \nSkills Required:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. \nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred. \nAgile, Lean, or project delivery certifications desirable.
