And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.\nFor our business, for clients, and for you\nWorkiva Implementation Specialist \nKey Responsibilities\nImplement reports in Workiva using client-provided Excel and Word source files.\nBuild reports from scratch in Workiva without relying on pre-built templates.\nReplicate prior-year financial statements/report formatting with high accuracy.\nHandle document formatting, tables, notes, page layouts, headers, footers, cross-references, and linking.\nEnsure client requirements and deadlines are met with high quality standards.\nTroubleshoot formatting and implementation issues in Workiva.\nPerform quality checks and reviews before delivery.\nTrain and support team members on Workiva implementation activities.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.\nRequired Skills\nHands-on experience in Workiva.\nExperience importing and implementing Excel and Word files in Workiva.\nStrong Excel and document formatting skills.\nGood attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred\nFinancial Reporting experience.\nExperience working on Annual Financial Statements (AFS).\nExperience training or guiding team members.\nDisclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
