Minimum Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in software development, ideally within enterprise or product-focused environments.\n\nStrong experience withC# and.NET/.NET Core for backend services, APIs, and application development.\n\nExperience with frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript and strong working knowledge ofReact and/orAngular.\n\nStrongSQL skills, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries and stored procedures.\n\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, exception handling, and layered or multi-tier application architectures.\n\nExperience working with REST APIs and application integration patterns.\n\nFamiliarity withGit,Azure DevOps,CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking tools.\n\nExperience reviewing logs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting applications in production environments.\n\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.\n\nPreferred / Valued Skills\nExposure to cloud platforms such asAzure and/orAWS.\n\nExperience withDocker,Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code and containerization tools.\n\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or frontend testing tools.\n\nExposure toDevOps practices, release pipelines, and application monitoring.\n\nExposure to Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban.\n\nExperience in financial services, regulated environments, or enterprise application support is an advantage.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving
