Key duties and responsibilities
- Reasons for position: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into insightful and visually appealing dashboards and reports that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis, report creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualification and Experience
- 1. Report Development and Visualization:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs and align with stakeholders' requirements.
- 2. Data Preparation and Transformation:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
- Optimize data models for performance and usability in Power BI.
- 3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
- Provide technical support to users for Power BI-related tasks.
- 4. Data Integration and Connectivity:
- Connect Power BI to diverse data sources like SQL databases, Excel, and cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure secure and reliable data connections.
- 5. Quality Assurance:
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy in reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- 6. Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and enhance dashboard performance.

Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and visualization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling).
- Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and workflows.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
