Acting as the link between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, the role ensures finance products deliver measurable business value and support the organization's finance transformation agenda.\nJob specification\nWork Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms. \nTranslate finance business requirements into product features, user stories, and delivery priorities. \nOwn and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. \nPartner with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable digital solutions. \nDrive enhancements across ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms. \nSupport Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, testing, and release management. \nMonitor product performance, user adoption, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement. \nEnsure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements.\nSkills Required:\n5+ years' experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Analysis, or related disciplines. \nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. \nCPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or Product Owner certifications are advantageous. \nAgile/Scrum Product Owner certification preferred\nStrong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls. \nExperience with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, or OneStream. \nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices. \nStrong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. \nDisclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
