And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.\nFor our business, for clients, and for you\nAs a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:\nSend initial KYC requirements list to client and collate KYC documentation from client\nReview KYC documentation received ensuring it is appropriate for the risk rating level applicable to the client\nLiaise with client for any additional documentation or clarification required\nCarry out screening (name list screening and negative news searches in line with Apex Screening Procedure) \nPrepare KYC checklists and arrange for review\nPrepare Apex Group Client Risk Assessment and arrange for review\nEscalate any concerns identified during the KYC review process to Local Compliance, as applicable.\nPerform Client KYC for new clients and perform client KYC regular and on event driven reviews\nUnderstand and apply KYC Key Operating Procedures and the Apex Group AML / CFT Policy\nMaintain and update MIS / KPIs\nQualifications and skills required\nAn individual with a bachelor/master’s degree qualification or equivalent.\nA minimum of 6-9+ years of Client KYC experience within the investment fund industry or equivalent\nA good knowledge of the funds industry, experience of different fund structures, domiciles and regulatory requirements\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills\nExcellent time management and planning skills to deliver against agreed deadlines and objectives.\nKnowledge of Due Diligence, Compliance and Financial Structures in Offshore Locations (Jersey, Australia, Japan)\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nWhat you will get in return:\nA genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business\nExposure to all aspects of the business, cross-jurisdiction and to working with senior management directly\nTo be successful in these roles, it is envisaged that you are a motivated and self-driven individual eager to contribute and grow with the organization.
