This role will focus on the management of the Workday Integrations team, and on development, support, and enhancement of integrations across our Workday ecosystem, including Finance integrations, Prism Analytics, PICOF/PECI, and the HR module. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and a deep understanding of Workday’s integration architecture.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Workday Integration team\nManage backlog\nDesign, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and PECI.\nSupport and optimize Finance integrations and Prism Analytics reporting pipelines.\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.\nMonitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.\nCollaborate with IT Enterprise to align with firmwide integration standards.\nParticipate in Workday release testing and regression validation for integrations.\nMaintain technical documentation and provide support for integration-related queries.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy and security standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSolid Experience managing a team\n8+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with strong proficiency in Workday Studio.\nSolid understanding of PICOF/PECI for payroll and employee data exchange.\nExperience with Prism Analytics and Financial integrations within Workday.\nFamiliarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Business Processes.\nHands-on experience with BIRT for custom reporting and document generation.\nProficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration testing tools (e.g., Postman).\nKnowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Domains, Security Groups, and Business Process configuration.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
