Our spacecraft enable the future of society: ranging from earth observation to communications and more.\nWe’d love for you to join us on our mission of providing humankind access to the galaxy beyond our planet.\nAbout the Role\nApex is growing our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Technical Recruiter - Engineering & Production - to help scale the teams building our spacecraft. You’ll focus on hiring top production talent from aerospace engineers to technicians and leads on the factory floor. You’ll partner with our Talent Team, Engineering, and Production leaders to understand priorities, source exceptional candidates, and own the full recruiting process from start to finish. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and critical to supporting Apex’s expanding capabilities.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates for engineering and other roles\n\nOwn the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy\n\nSource candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit\n\nFacilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership\n\nManage offer process, partnering with hiring managers and leadership\n\nContinuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process\n\nManage application and interview data, ensuring all communications and information are accurately tracked within our systems\n\nRequirements:\nU.S. Persons status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data\n\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including partnering with hiring managers and directors, assessing candidate qualifications, and managing pipeline progress\n\nStrong knowledge of aerospace industry trends, engineering roles, and technical skill sets\n\nAbility to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit\n\nExperience managing various pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process\n\nProficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques\n\nStrong initiative and drive to select the best talent and build an exceptional team\n\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience with full-cycle recruiting experience working on Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Production & engaging top tier talent\n\nMultiple years of experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environment\n\nProven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the aerospace or engineering industry\n\nCompensation\nHourly: $50.00- $85.00\nThe stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base salary range and excludes additional benefits.
