And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.\nFor our business, for clients, and for you\nJob Description:\nBilling Responsibilities\nGenerate and process customer invoices accurately based on contractual terms, pricing agreements, and delivery confirmations\n Ensure timely billing cycles (daily/weekly/monthly) as per SLA\n Validate billing data (pricing, tax, discounts, quantities) before invoice release\n Handle billing exceptions, disputes, and corrections (credit/debit notes)\nEnsure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements\nMaintain proper documentation and audit trails for all billing transactions\nCoordinate with CSM/CRM, Operations, and Finance Controllership teams to resolve discrepancies\nSupport with client account set up and data migration activities\nCash Application Responsibilities\n Apply incoming payments (checks, wire, ACH, remittances) to customer invoices accurately and promptly\nProcess high-volume transactions with attention to detail\nIdentify and resolve unapplied/unidentified cash\nReconcile bank statements with ERP postings\nInvestigate short payments, overpayments, and deductions\nCoordinate with Collections teams, business and customers for remittance details clarification\nMaintain clean AR ledgers and minimize aged unapplied cash\nReconciliation & Reporting\nPerform daily/weekly AR and bank reconciliations\nTrack and report key metrics such as:Cash application accuracy\nUnapplied cash percentage\nBilling turnaround time\n\nSupport month-end close activities\nAssist with internal and external audits\nSkills Required:\nMinimum of 9-14 years in Order to Cash, Billing. Cash Applications, Accounts Receivables, DSO\n Proficiency in Microsoft package (Word/Excel/Power Point).
