The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our CX data architecture, ensuring efficient and effective data conversion, integration, and management across Oracle CX platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about designing data-driven solutions that improve customer interactions and drive business value.\nEssential Functions:CX Data Architecture Design:\nDesign and implement the overall data architecture strategy for Oracle CX applications (e.g., Oracle CX Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n\nDevelop scalable, efficient, and secure data models that enhance data management for CX systems.\n\nDefine best practices for data governance, integration, and quality assurance in Oracle CX environments.\n\nData Conversion & Migration:\nLead large-scale Oracle CX data conversion projects, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Oracle CX platforms.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to map legacy data to the Oracle CX data model, ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the migration process.\n\nProvide technical leadership for resolving complex data issues related to migration and conversion.\n\nIntegration with Oracle Tools & Systems:\nImplement and optimize integration of Oracle CX data models with other Oracle tools and platforms, such as Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, and third-party applications.\n\nDevelop ETL processes for moving data between Oracle CX applications and external systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.\n\nData Quality & Governance:\nEnforce data governance policies and standards to ensure high-quality and compliant CX data.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to define data quality requirements and monitor data performance.\n\nEstablish data validation and testing frameworks to guarantee data integrity and accuracy across all CX platforms.\n\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:\nWork closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions that align with the Oracle CX strategy.\n\nProvide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle CX data models to development, integration, and analytics teams.\n\nLead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team proficiency with Oracle CX data models and tools.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Optimization:\nStay current with the latest Oracle CX product updates, features, and best practices.\n\nContinuously evaluate data management processes and propose improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and data-driven insights to streamline processes and drive business outcomes.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nMaintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams.\n\nParticipate on internal projects.\n\nProvide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nCompetency:\nStrong expertise in Oracle CX data models, architecture, and tools (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud).\n\nExtensive experience with Oracle data conversion methodologies, ETL tools, and data migration techniques.\n\nProficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI).\n\nFamiliarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).\n\nSolid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards in Oracle environments.\n\nThorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.\n\nWillingness to get hands on with the product.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nExcellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nMay assist with training members of the technical staff.\n\nMay conduct interviews.\n\nAssigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.\n\nMay conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.\n\nWork Environment:The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location.
