Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements. \nJob Summary: \nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Colombia. This role is primarily focused on delivering high-quality Oracle ERP technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrations, reporting, and system configuration/support. \nThe ideal candidate has solid Oracle ERP technical expertise and can also help coordinate technical activities within project workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with delivery timelines. This is a hands-on technical role within a global delivery environment, supporting U.S.-based clients and complex Oracle ERP implementations. \nDuties/Responsibilities: \nServe as a technical contributor within Oracle ERP projects, supporting solution design and implementation activities. \nDesign and deliver Oracle ERP technical solutions, translating functional requirements into scalable technical outcomes aligned with best practices. \nSupport coordination of technical activities across ERP workstreams (integrations, reporting, data), ensuring visibility of progress and alignment with project timelines. \nTrack assigned technical tasks, help monitor progress, and escalate risks or blockers when needed. \nCollaborate closely with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables. \nDesign, develop, and support Oracle ERP integrations, primarily using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and related Oracle integration tools. \nEnsure reliable, secure, and efficient data flows between Oracle ERP and external systems, supporting testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization. \nLead and support Oracle ERP reporting activities using OTBI, BI Publisher, and related reporting tools. \nAssist with data validation, extraction, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy across ERP modules. \nWork across Oracle ERP Financials as the core focus area, with exposure to SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management) from a technical perspective as a plus. \nSome exposure to Oracle HCM, mainly supporting workflow approvals and reporting when required. \nParticipate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs, clearly communicating technical solutions and progress. \nSupport testing cycles, cutover activities, and production support. \nContribute to pre-sales and solutioning activities, including technical feasibility input and effort estimation. \nSupport continuous improvement of Oracle ERP technical standards, integration patterns, and delivery practices, and assist in mentoring junior team members when needed. \nCompetency: \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. \nA proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving business growth. \nStrong understanding of Oracle products, solutions, and best practices. \nIntegrity & Trustworthiness: Demonstrates honesty, transparency, and ethical decision-making. \nExecutive Presence: Confident and professional demeanor, capable of commanding respect in high-level discussions. \nEmotional Intelligence: Strong self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. \nExceptional ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining positive relationships. \nStrategic Decision-Making: Balances the needs of the company, customers, and partners to drive long-term success. \nRelationship Building: Proven ability to foster and maintain strong professional connections. \nFlexible and responsive to changing business needs and priorities. \nFollow-Through & Accountability: Ensures tasks are completed efficiently with attention to detail. \nTeam Player: Works collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals. \nThorough understanding of IT procedures, industry trends, and enterprise technology landscapes. \nSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software. \nSupervisory Responsibilities: \nMay manage a team, depending on skill and focus. \nMay conduct interviews. \nWork Environment: \nThe role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements.
