This role provides executive leadership across business development, solution strategy, delivery excellence, talent development, and client success while driving the expansion of the Oracle HCM practice.\nAs a trusted advisor to clients, Oracle, and Apex IT leadership, the Oracle HCM Practice Leader partners with executives to solve complex business challenges through Oracle Cloud HCM. This leader shapes transformational solutions, leads strategic sales pursuits, develops long-term client relationships, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services that deliver measurable business outcomes.\nThe Oracle HCM Practice Leader is accountable for building a high-performing consulting organization by developing talent, establishing delivery standards, fostering innovation, and creating scalable service offerings that position Apex IT as a leading Oracle Cloud partner.
