We provide our team with a flexible work-life balance in addition to the traditional benefits.\nJob Summary:The Senior MDM Solution Architect is a senior-level, client-facing role responsible for defining the strategy, architecture, and implementation approach for Master Data Management solutions.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep expertise in MDM, data architecture, data governance, and enterprise integration with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, data leaders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to design solutions that establish trusted, consistent, and governed master data across the enterprise.\nExperience within the Oracle and/or Salesforce ecosystems is highly desirable.\nKey ResponsibilitiesMDM Strategy & Architecture\nLead the development of enterprise MDM strategies, roadmaps, and solution architectures.\n\nDefine MDM architectures that support customer, product, supplier, employee, financial, and other critical master data domains.\n\nAssess clients' existing data environments and identify opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and accessibility.\n\nDefine appropriate MDM patterns, including registry, consolidation, coexistence, and centralized MDM approaches.\n\nDevelop target-state architectures and implementation roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.\n\nEstablish data models, domain structures, hierarchies, relationships, and business rules.\n\nData Governance & Quality\nPartner with business and data governance stakeholders to establish effective data ownership, stewardship, governance, and accountability models.\n\nDefine data quality standards, validation rules, matching strategies, survivorship rules, and data stewardship processes.\n\nDesign solutions for data cleansing, enrichment, standardization, deduplication, and reconciliation.\n\nHelp clients establish governance frameworks that support long-term sustainability of MDM programs.\n\nEnterprise Integration\nDesign integration architectures connecting MDM platforms with enterprise applications and data sources.\n\nDevelop strategies for integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, HCM, financial, supply chain, e-commerce, and other enterprise applications.\n\nWork with integration teams to define APIs, event-driven integrations, batch processes, and data synchronization patterns.\n\nLeverage technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Salesforce integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT platforms, and other integration technologies as appropriate.\n\n.Oracle & Salesforce Ecosystem\n\nProvide MDM architecture expertise within Oracle and/or Salesforce environments.\n\nEvaluate how MDM capabilities can support and extend platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Salesforce.\n\nSupport integration of master data across Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, CX and Salesforce applications.\n\nWhere applicable, leverage capabilities such as Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM), Salesforce Data Cloud, or third-party MDM platforms.\n\nAdvise clients on build-vs-buy decisions and appropriate use of native versus third-party MDM capabilities.\n\nClient Leadership & Consulting\nServe as a trusted advisor to client executives, enterprise architects, data leaders, and technical stakeholders.\n\nLead discovery sessions, architecture workshops, requirements discussions, and solution design sessions.\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear technical and architectural solutions.\n\nPresent recommendations, architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nMentor consultants and technical team members and provide architectural guidance throughout implementations.\n\nContribute to Apex IT proposals, estimates, statements of work, and solution strategies when needed.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise data management, MDM, data governance, or a related discipline.\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience designing and architecting MDM solutions.\n\nProven experience leading enterprise-level MDM initiatives across multiple data domains and systems.\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\nMaster Data Management\n\nData Governance\n\nData Quality\n\nData Modeling\n\nData Architecture\n\nData working directly with business stakeholders and senior client leadership.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and consulting skills.\n\nAbility to lead complex initiatives independently while working effectively across business and technical teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with one or more MDM platforms, such as:\n\nInformatica MDM\n\nReltio\n\nSemarchy\n\nSAP MDG\n\nIBM InfoSphere\n\nOracle Enterprise Data Management / Customer Data Management\n\nSalesforce Data Cloud\n\nStrong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and/or Salesforce.\n\nExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Salesforce integration technologies.\n\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data
