execution.\nLead and mentor QA analysts, test engineers, and testing vendors/partners.\nEstablish testing standards, processes, and best practices.\nDrive accountability for quality across project teams.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all SIT-related activities.\n\nTest Planning & Strategy\n\nDevelop comprehensive SIT test plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.\nDefine entry and exit criteria for all testing phases.\nIdentify testing scope, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\nEnsure test coverage aligns with business, functional, and integration requirements.\nCoordinate testing activities across multiple applications and teams.\n\nTest Design & Execution\n\nReview and approve test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.\nEnsure end-to-end
