Expected Background:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years EPCM experience in housing, port, or workshop projects.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BOQ preparation.
Role Summary:
- Responsible for preparing and coordinating MEP system drawings (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, utilities) to support both design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and update MEP layouts.
- Coordinate services with architectural and structural teams.
- Support site team with revisions and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with SNI, ASCE, and project standards.
