Manager\n\nLocation: Nigeria\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe successful candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, regulatory compliance, optimal stock availability, and efficient fulfilment of online orders.\nWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee procurement, inventory management, distribution, and online store operations across our pharmacy outlets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure product quality.\nOversee online store operations, including product listings, pricing, stock availability, order processing, and delivery fulfilment.\nCoordinate stock distribution and inter-branch transfers across all outlets.\nEnsure compliance with applicable PCN, NAFDAC, and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations.\nMonitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and minimize stockouts, overstocking, and expiry losses.\nCoordinate with logistics, sales, finance, and branch teams to ensure efficient operations.\nMonitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare periodic management reports.\nDevelop procurement strategies and negotiate competitive pricing and favourable supplier terms.\n\nRequirements\n\nExcellent negotiation, supplier management, and inventory control skills.\nExperience with ERP systems, inventory software, and online store management.\nStrong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nStrong knowledge of Nigerian pharmaceutical regulations, including PCN and NAFDAC requirements.\nBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD).\n3–5 years’ relevant experience in procurement, preferably in retail pharmacy, healthcare.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nInterested and qualified candidates should send
