Included in this responsibility are to check stores concept and display, to monitor pending items, etc.\nTo conduct regular review of stores sales achievement in order to be able to identify problems, concerns, and opportunity for improvement so that stores sales target could be achieved or exceeded. Included in this responsibility is to report those findings to Operation Manager.\nTo provide positive encouragement for stores staff so that they are always motivated to achieve the stores targets.\n\nTo check and approve the incentive amount based on stores PIC calculation and distribute it to each store so that each stores staff get fair incentive in accordance with its achievement.
