Coordinate R&D efforts to innovate and enhance production\nprocesses and technologies.\n13. Organize regular team meetings to ensure clear communication\nduring changes, conduct risk assessments with backup plans, and\nmentor team members to foster innovation and proactive problemsolving.\n14. Develop and document SOPs to standardize engineering\nprocesses for consistent, quality, and compliant operations.\nRequirements & Qualifications:\n1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.\n2. Minimum 7 years in engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership,\npreferably in manufacturing and automation systems.\n3. Expertise in automation systems, industrial control panels, and PLC\nprogramming.\n4. Strong knowledge of 3-phase power systems, electricity, and electronics.\n5. Familiarity with maintenance software, CAD, and production machinery.\n6. Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English preferred.\n7. Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.\n8. Certifications in automation or electrical safety a plus.\n9. Based in Karanganyar.\n10.
