Review inventory reports, monitor usage trends, identify\npotential shortages, and coordinate replenishment to prevent\nproduction delays.\n8. Coordinate with mechanics and engineers to schedule preventive\nmaintenance, plan repairs or upgrades, and ensure equipment\nreliability and readiness.\n9. Compile and submit monthly reports to the GM of Operations,\nsummarizing efficiency, downtime, and cost savings from\nconsolidated daily reports.\n10. Monitor production costs and implement efficiency measures to\nachieve 310% annual savings while maintaining quality standards.\n11. Oversee order fulfillment to ensure 99% on-time delivery and\nmaintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.\n12. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align operational goals,\nconduct risk assessments and change management, mentor future\nleaders, and hold weekly performance reviews to optimize\nprocesses.\n13. Monitor raw material usage and implement strategies to reduce\nmaterial loss below 17%, ensuring optimal resource utilization and\nminimal waste.\n14. Develop and document standardized operating procedures to\nensure consistent, high-quality, and compliant production\nprocesses.\n15. Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to enhance staff\ntraining, and develop role-specific syllabi for operations workers.\n16. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity,\nquality, accuracy, and data collection, enabling measurable\nproduction improvements and data-driven decision-making.\n17. Coordinate with Production Supervisors to allocate manpower\neffectively across shifts and work areas to meet production targets.\n18. Work with the finance and operations teams to create the\nannual budget, ensuring alignment with production forecasts.\nRequirements and Qualifications:\n1. Preferably Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Management.\nCandidates from related technical fields with relevant production experience\nare also welcome.\n2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.\n3. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles.\n4. Experienced in quality control and production line management.\n5. Familiar with production software (e.g., ERP, MES).\n6. Knowledgeable in safety standards and environmental regulations,\nespecially in charcoal manufacturing.\n7. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.\n8. Proven leadership and team management across functions.\n9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n10. Effective communicator with strong collaboration abilities.\n11. Highly organized and strong attention to detail in managing the schedule.\n12. Skilled in production planning and control.\n13.
