Authorization to work in the Germany is required.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRoll out Apex.AI software to customers and provide technical support solutions using Apex.AI products\nCollaborate closely with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality implementations\nDeploy, integrate, and support Apex.AI software in customer environments\nTroubleshoot complex software, networking, middleware, and embedded systems issues\nPartner with internal engineering teams to improve product capabilities, usability, and performance\nContribute features, fixes, and enhancements directly to Apex.OS\nDeliver technical presentations, workshops, and customer training sessions\nHelp accelerate customer adoption and success across automotive and intelligent machine platforms\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field\n5+ years of professional software development experience in modern C++\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across complex software systems\nExperience developing software for embedded or distributed systems\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams\nExperience using modern development workflows and tools such as Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking systems\nSelf-driven and comfortable operating independently in dynamic technical environments\nNice To Have\nExperience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, industrial automation, or other safety-critical domains\nFamiliarity with operating systems, networking, and communication protocols (UDP, multicast, TCP/IP, DDS, ROS/ROS 2)\nUnderstanding of real-time systems and automotive software architectures such as AUTOSAR\nExperience in technical consulting, field engineering, developer support, or professional services\nCustomer enablement or technical training experience\nFamiliarity with build systems such as Bazel or CMake\nExperience working with Linux-based development
